Very nice application.I use it to track down spammers.
I also find the website http://www.whoisxy.com/ which gives the information of IP address location and the domain host location. Hope this also helps.
Nobody can possibly provide a COMPLETELY ACCURATE service, though that hasn't stopped one from coming up with something close enough:
